AutoCar India, one of the country’s premium automobile magazines in association CNBC-TV18 has come out with their auto awards for 2008. After a series of tests on a total of 13 cars that came out in 2007, judged by a 7-member jury, these are the ones that are the best of 2007.

I think they should know that the best bike really should have been either yamaha r15 or fz-16 as these two bikes give us a glimpse of the future. But as usual in India. Quality is ignored. I think we should try and change our mentality of “sasta hai toh accha hai” and respect innovations. I think these awards were judged by a bunch of miser fools…..
Maruti is still looked as a popular brand in India. But I am happy that HONDA won the best executive award…. Even BAJAJ ruled the bike segment………. Great….
No award for TATA Nano guys?????? their must be motivation to develop cars with cheaper rates…….
